The main conference venue is the Gosooncheong Seminar Room and the lecture rooms on the second floor of Hyehwa Hall, Dongguk University Seoul Campus. The main conference will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026.

The hotel is The Ambassador Seoul Pullman, located at 198, Jangchungdan-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul. Information on the conference dinner venue will be announced at a later date.

1. From Airport to Hotel

Airport Limousine Bus

From Incheon International Airport, you can take K Limousine Bus No. 6702.

At Terminal 1, the bus stops are located on the 1st floor at Gates 3B and 4A.
At Terminal 2, the bus stops are located at the B1 Transportation Center, Gates 17, 18, and 19.

Bus tickets can be purchased at the K Limousine bus information desk at the airport. The fare is approximately KRW 18,000, and the trip takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

Taxi

You can take a taxi directly from the taxi stand outside the airport arrival hall. The distance from Incheon International Airport to the hotel is approximately 56 km, and the fare is about KRW 100,000, depending on traffic conditions. The ride usually takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Subway

From Incheon International Airport Station, take the AREX Airport Railroad to Seoul Station. Transfer from Seoul Station to Subway Line 4, then transfer again at Chungmuro Station to Subway Line 3. Get off at Dongguk University Station. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the station.

2. From Hotel to The main conference venue

From The Ambassador Seoul Pullman: Exit through the hotel’s main entrance and walk toward Dongguk University Station and Jangchung Arena.

Continue to the Dongguk University Station intersection: Walk along the main road for about 5 to 10 minutes until you reach the intersection near Jangchung Arena and Dongguk University Station on Subway Line 3.

Cross the street: At the intersection, use the crosswalk and head toward Exit 6 of Dongguk University Station, which leads to the entrance route to Dongguk University. You may also use the crosswalk near Jangchung Police Substation, depending on your walking route.

Enter Dongguk University campus: Near Exit 6, use either the main entrance to Dongguk University or the escalator to go into the campus.

Proceed to Hyehwa Hall on campus: Walk uphill, passing the College of Social Sciences building, and continue on to Hyehwa Hall. The main conference venue is located on the second floor of Hyehwa Hall.
