The main conference venue is the Gosooncheong Seminar Room and the lecture rooms on the second floor of Hyehwa Hall, Dongguk University Seoul Campus. The main conference will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026.

Hotel is The Summit Hotel Seoul, located at 198, Jangchungdan-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul. Information on the conference dinner venue will be announced at a later date.

1. From Airport to Hotel

Airport Limousine Bus

From Incheon International Airport, you can take the airport limousine bus. At Terminal 1, board at 1F Gates 3B or 4A. At Terminal 2, board at B2 Gate 18. Get off at the Summit Hotel Seoul stop. The official fare is KRW 18,000 for adults, buses run every 35 to 45 minutes, and the trip takes about 2 hours. This is the most convenient option if you have a lot of luggage.

Taxi

You can take a taxi directly from the taxi stand outside the airport arrival hall. The ride usually takes about 80 to 100 minutes.

Subway

From Incheon Airport, take the AREX (Airport Railroad Express) to Seoul Station. Transfer to Subway Line 4, then transfer again to Line 3 at Chungmuro Station and get off at Dongguk University Station. Take Exit 2 and walk for about 5 minutes toward Dongdaemun.

2. From Hotel to The main conference venue

From Summit Hotel Seoul: Exit through the main entrance and turn left onto the main road (Jangchungdan-ro), heading south toward Jangchung Arena.

Continue to the Dongguk University Station intersection: Walk straight for about 400 meters until you reach the intersection in front of Jangchung Arena, where Dongguk University Station (Subway Line 3) is located.

Cross the street: At the intersection, use the crosswalk on your right and head toward Exit 6 of Dongguk University Station, which is the entrance route to Dongguk University. You can also use the crosswalk near Jangchung Police Substation to cross diagonally.

Enter Dongguk University campus: Near Exit 6, use either the main entrance to Dongguk University or the escalator to go into the campus.

Proceed to Hyehwa Hall (on campus): Walk uphill, passing the College of Social Sciences building, and continue on to Hyehwa Hall.
